I came here for dinner with a friend and we decided the Saigon social was worth the price. We absolutely couldn't finish it and ended up taking much of the mains home with us. 

I think the best part of this experience was our server. He was extremely bubbly and gave us a great introduction to the place and his recommendations as soon as we sat down. He told us how things worked and gave us suggestions for how to order. He was also super helpful with any questions we had about dishes, gave us great explanations about what each dish was, gave suggestions for alternative options. Pretty amazing service. Genuinely have never had similarly intense service anywhere else.

The food was generally pretty solid. The pork baos were really really lovely. The grilled calamari was done perfectly and not too chewy, although it was a little bit spicy. I wanted the Hanoi-style fish and it absolutely delivered, that was my favourite part of the meal. The sweet chilli sauce was an amazing combination with the crispy fish. I loved it. The beef stew was a bit random but still alright. 

Great food, 5 star service. Card surcharge here. Would absolutely come again to get amazing service for a low price point.
