This was a really nice establishment. I came here with two friends on a Sunday for dinner. It's a slightly higher price point. There was also a Sunday 10% surcharge.
The place was really nicely decorated and felt slightly fancy. The waiters kept refilling our water. There was a lamp on the table which we could change the colour of for a different mood lighting.
The food was... kind of average, in my opinion. I really liked the pad see ew, but I've also had cheaper pad see ew elsewhere that tasted similarly good. The massaman curry was alright but not groundbreaking, and though I'm not the biggest fan of fried chicken this fried chicken wasn't very good. I didn't particularly like the sauce, and the chicken ribs themselves felt very much like mostly breadcrumbs and only a bit of meat. Maybe that's just how ribs are? Regardless, I've had better fried chicken elsewhere too. The serving size for these ribs specifically was massive. I'm not sure how my friend ate all of it.
I'm kind of surprised at my rating because this place has extremely good reviews. I wonder if I'm not cultured enough to know what good Thai food is. Everyone seemed to love the chicken spare ribs. I guess I'm just not a chicken person.
Sunday surcharge. Alleged card surcharge but in actual fact I don't think they would have charged us. I paid in cash.
