This is apparently a ramen place from Japan. It’s relatively newly opened and we waited for 40 minutes to get in. 

The broth was excellent. Best ramen broth I've ever tasted, it was so delicious. Could have had the broth just on its own tbh. The noodles were thin, not the most exciting, but there was a good amount. The beef was lovely. Overall a good dish.
