Wang’s Crispy Pancake

On a rainy day thought I'd stop by and try this place. I wasn't really sure what to expect. They have a small card surcharge so I actually paid $9.95 for this but ehhhh. 

It's a self-service machine that takes the orders, it didn't seem like talking to the employees was an option, so it wouldn't be great if this place was busy. 

This is kind of like meat baos, and they have them ready to cook in a baking tray. They roll it out so it's a pancake and then stick them to the side of those cylindical ovens. I guess that makes them crispy. If you get extra spice they then paint chilli oil on top. 

To be fair, they are very fresh and crispy especially if you eat it immediately. It's a nice snack for a cold and rainy day. I wouldn't say they were particularly special though, and I feel like it's not worth the price either.
