My friend bought a slice of cake for me. 

This was the classic Basque cheesecake. I’ve had the Ube one before (and I was also given a slice of the ube flavour) and I know that this was solid. It's really good. The only thing about the ube cheesecakes is that I find they are so rich that I only want a tiny amount. I almost think one slice here is too much. But they are really really good. Rich and creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness. Solid as heck.
