Our friend drove us here. I was keen to try any places in the north side of the city. This was a really cute gelato shop. There were lots of people outside enjoying the sunshine. 

I tried the strong matcha flavour and the double sesame flavour, and the sesame flavour won out by far. This was the absolute BEST sesame gelato/ice cream I've ever had, better than the stuff from other Japanese restaurants. This was made with both white and black sesame, although I definitely love the black sesame more. Next time I'll probably skip out on the daifuku; it's a cool gimmick and actually the same stuff as the last mochi ice cream place I went to. It's really thin and you can easily break into the ice cream with a spoon, but it makes it a lot more difficult to eat. 

Card surcharge here but I wasn't sure cash payments were taken at this place? I guess they have to be but I ended up paying $6.60.
