Tori's time again. I haven't had a matcha latte in a long while. I came here with a friend and we both got Basque cheesecakes. I saw that a lot of people were ordering this flavour so I decided to give it a try. Ube is a kind of purple yam. It was really good. It tastes just like those purple yam buns that I used to eat all the time from Breadtop when I was a kid. They really worked in the yam flavour so well - the cheesecake and yam combo was amazing, and the scoop of yam cream on the top was also so good. It would've been 5 stars if I liked the yam flavour more, but it's not my fave.
