I've been to Tori's so many times. Every time their iced matcha just hits different. It's hands-down the best matcha in Melbourne. I needed to try this again to compare to Hikari, and I can definitively say that Hikari's matcha is just slightly inferior. Tori's just somehow has the perfect balance of sweetness with bitterness. I don't know how they do it but it's just perfect. 

On another note, I found that their cup size has changed yet again. The first time I got their iced matcha the cup was massive. Then towards the end of last year when I got another one their cups were so small, I thought maybe they were doing it as a business strategy since they were such a tourist attraction at the time. Now their cup sizes have gotten slightly bigger again, but still not as large as they once were. I wonder if I can find photos to compare to...
