Fresh Air & Pancake

I've walked past this place and I've also seen in sponsored on Google maps. I wanted to try it out. I actually ended up coming here for lunch one day because I wasn't feeling very hungry. Google reviews say this place is often really busy, but when I went there was literally no one else there and I was the only person. Potentially if coming at night it might be more busy? It's open morning til late. The seating is really quite limited, there's only 4 really small round tables that really only seat 4 people. Good if you're coming alone in the middle of the day I guess. 

There was a card surcharge here. Might have been because I got the biscoff flavour, but these pancakes were amazing. I did the jiggle test and yep, very jiggly. The pancakes were super soft on the inside, and more wet so I wondered if they were fully cooked through? I couldn't tell but they tasted amazing. The biscoff sauce goes so well with the ice cream and pancake it was unreal. I scarfed my pancakes down. 

The service was shockingly fast, but it could have been because I was the only person there and the two employees were literally just standing around. I ordered on the machine and paid cash. By the time I was being handed back my change my pancakes were literally already done and being handed to me. It was actually a challenge carrying them to the table without the ice cream on top falling over. 

Anyway, this place was excellent. The serving size is quite large so I think I'd want to share this dessert if I came here with someone after dinner. It filled me up for a small lunch.
