This food truck with Colombian desserts has been in the area for the entire time I’ve lived here. I literally had no idea what any of the stuff was but I just ordered the Cholada because it looked cool. It seems to be shaved ice with raspberry sauce at the bottom, topped with apple slices, strawberry slices, mango bits, pineapple bits and banana and drizzled with condensed milk and passionfruit coulis. It was super sweet and unique. A bit too sweet tbh. I couldn’t quite tell if this was a drink or a eat-with-a-spoon dessert, but I certainly used both. It was good but I wouldnt say it was significantly better than other desserts. It’s a good thing to try if you’ve never had it before. I might come back to try the waffle-looking thing.
