Ordered: Signature boneless cutlet with plum salt

My friend who lived in the city a couple years ago showed me this place. It’s a takeaway chicken shop near QV where I live. She said this place has the best and crispiest chicken. They make good snacks. The line is always super long. 

There’s two self-ordering machines in the store. You can pay cash into the shared cash machine for a discount. 

The plum salt is best, I was told by my friend, and I do think I agree. It is really good chicken that is well cooked inside and crispy on the outside. The plum salt adds a really great slightly sour slight sweet flavour to the chicken. It really is good. Great place for a small snack, but the wait can be quite long. Too bad I’m not super into fried chicken.
