Noodle Villa

I walked past this place. There were a lot of Chinese people sitting inside, and a lot of singles, so I felt like maybe I should try this place. I got asked to order in Chinese, which was slightly stressful. You order at the counter and then sit at the table and you're supposed to go up and get your order when your number is called. 

It was good, nothing particularly special. You could choose the noodle size and I went with the thick noodles. They are rice noodles, and these noodles tasted and felt similar to the ones they use at Tina's Noodle Kitchen. The beef rib was cooked well, slightly chewy but not so much that they weren't chewable. The broth wasn't the most interesting. And there wasn't anything else other than the noodle and meat. It was alright, but compared to some of the other really good noodle places in the city it wasn't the greatest.
